Current maintenance candidate

Plugin 0.1.3 uses the GHO skill 0.1.1, aligned to DSIR 0.11.0 public xMart. Offline tests and common-input parity passed. Complete live retrieval and independent live parity remain unverified after WHO requests redirected to its sorry page on 7 October 2026. Requests that fail are reported as failures; no observations are invented.

The plugin requires Python 3.10+ and permitted HTTPS access in the host runtime. It has no maintainer-hosted backend.
