Interpretation
Annual reporting coverage can change. Comparisons use the countries available in each year and do not represent a fixed cohort. Missing values and zero values remain distinct. Keyword frequency is a count of text occurrences, not a measure of evidence quality or priority.
Score tables retain the existing complete-case exclusions for 2024 and 2025. Submission counts use the source rows before those exclusions. Counts describe this source snapshot and may differ from later official releases.
Use and maintenance
Built and maintained by Shanlong Ding. This is an independent data exploration tool and is not an official WHO publication. Consult the original data and documentation before using results for decisions.
The HTML can also be saved for offline use in a current desktop browser. Data and browser dependencies are embedded. No sign-in, external model service or API key is needed.
Built with R, Quarto, Crosstalk, Plotly, Reactable and ECharts.
Explore the language of self-assessment
Search the bundled SPAR comments using literal, case-sensitive terms separated by commas. Counts measure occurrences in text and do not measure priority, performance or evidence quality.
